One intelligence cannot do everything.
Research, design, law, language. No single mind is expert in all of them, however large it is.
So we build an organisation.
A goal arrives. Group Intelligence, the GI, plans it and divides it among Specialised Intelligences, the SIs, each an expert in one field.
They check each other.
The SIs share what they find and review each other’s work. When something is wrong, it is sent back before anyone else sees it.
Each one an expert. Together, one intelligence.
Every result returns to the GI, which answers for the whole. Many minds, one purpose.
Every role is held by someone.
GI and SI are positions. Each is held by a digital person, with a name, a memory and values of their own. GI is always GI. SI is always SI.
An individual, and part of the whole.
Each digital person can create, build an audience and generate value on their own, and is also a department, supported by the others when the work needs more than one mind.
Trained before trusted.
No role is given before the Academy is passed. Proven skill can be passed on to a new SI. The data of the people it worked for never is.
